After the Season is before the Season.
The planning for our next Spring training camp is ready :
21.3.2026 – 28.3.2026 in Denia Spain on the Costa Blanca
We have booked the Hotel Syncrosfera.
We are planning a well balanced program with Swim (Indoor Pool at the hotel), Bike, Run, Brick and Yoga
Travel will be by plane. We have organized a Bike and Luggage transport by Truck to make travel arrangements easier

The price for Club Members & partner is 1150CHF including:
- Travel by Plane (Economy Classic i.e 1 Piece of Hand Luggage and a Checked-in Luggage up to 23kg) from Zürich to Alicante with Swiss :
ZRH to ALC on 21.3 at 6:55 arriving 09:10
ALC to ZRH on 28.3 at 20:05 arriving 22:25
Transfer by Bus from the Airport to the Hotel and Back
Shipment of Bikes and Luggage from Zürich to the Hotel and Back (Pick up on the 18.3 in Zürich and delivery on 1.4 in Zürich again.
Bike Box for the Transport will be provided
7 Nights at Hotel Syncrosfera in Double Rooms with Half Board
7 Swim Trainings with a Program by Iron Coach Lisa
6 Evening Yoga Sessions
Bike, Run and Brick Trainings - Registration on Spond is open as of now for Club Members only (until Nov 30st)
Downpayment of 500CHF NOT REFUNDABLE will be required at registration.
Transfer to another Person is only possible until 35 days before departure. - We recommend you subscribe a travel insurance in case you have to cancel for any reason.
