Like last year, we will train for a whole weekend in Sursee to make the final preparations for the competition.

– 20:15 – 20:45 Dinner

– 06:30 – 7:30 Breakfast
– 8:00 am – 09:30 am Swimming guided by Cristiano
– 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Running training – technique with Sascha Wenzel
– 12:30 – 13:15 Lunch
– 14:00 – 16:00 Bike Hill Run Repeats
– 17:00 – 18:00 Open Water Swim
– 18:30 – 19:15 Dinner
Sunday 19.6
– 07:00 – 7:30 breakfast and check out
– 8:00 am – 09:30 am Swimming guided by Cristiano
– 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Running training – speed or long jog
– 12:30 – 13:15 Lunch
– 14:00 – 17:00 Bike Group Ride
– 17:30 conclusion
